This year we did trunk or treating at our ward building. If you look close you will notice that it's wet outside, but you will also notice that it is NOT raining! Whew! What a relief! The boys wanted to be "scary" this year. They also wanted Nathan to be scary as well. Thankfully we can be adorable scary for at least one more year! This is Nathan at his favorite car...they had a whole bowl of those yummy candies. (I think he took 4!)

ReplyDeleteMy grandma's chocolate chip cookie recipe:
4 sticks of butter (not margarine)
1 cup of sugar
2 cups of brown sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
5 1/2 cups flour
1 12oz pkg chocolate chips
1 cup nuts (optional)
Bake at 350 degrees
This recipe makes a ton of cookies!
